This light-weight material is extremely durable and proven to last a considerable amount of time, compared to traditional building methods. Steel-framed properties limit the spread of fire and are resistant to moisture issues. The entire structure is also recyclable.
This system is designed to suit both the residential and light commercial sectors. The insulated panels nest between two facings, normally oriented strand board (OSB) and oak frames, providing another energy-efficient building material. As the panels are manufactured to suit, abstract and alternative property designs are possible.
Incorporating either SIPs or oak frameworks, timber-frame structures are still a popular choice for our clients. Quick to construct due to a lot of their manufacture occurring off-site, timber frames are lighter than standard builds and so require less complicated foundation systems.
